Copyright complaints

The operator of telegram-porn.com operates telegram-porn.com, a directory of publicly available Telegram channels. We do not host, upload, produce, or store the media those channels publish — it lives on Telegram's own infrastructure. What we hold is a listing: a channel name, its public description, its subscriber count, and a link.

What we can and cannot remove

We can remove a listing from telegram-porn.com, which takes it out of our catalogue and out of search results that point at us. We cannot remove anything from Telegram itself — a channel delisted here continues to exist there. To have the content itself taken down, write to Telegram at abuse@telegram.org.

How to file a complaint

Send the notice to abuse@telegram-porn.com. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) it must contain all of the following, or we cannot act on it:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or URLs on telegram-porn.com that you are asking us to remove. A notice without URLs cannot be processed.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to answer within 5 working days. Complete notices are acted on; incomplete ones are answered with what is missing rather than ignored.

Counter-notice

If your channel was delisted and you believe that was a mistake, write to abuse@telegram-porn.com with the URL, your contact details, and your reasons. We will restore listings removed in error.
